Within the Toukley Family Practice complex there is a large treatment room staffed by experienced practice nurses skilled in the delivery of wound care, childhood & adult immunisations, health assessments & pre-employment medicals and who are also equipped to provide our patients with ECG recordings, hearing tests, blood sugar monitoring, INR monitoring and other community care co-ordinating activities.

Our Chronic Disease Management clinics are staffed by experienced registered nurses with additional training, who in collaboration with your GP, are able to assist you to create a care plan to meet your healthcare goals.
